We stand 100% behind our product’s quality and effectiveness and we’re confident that you will like NasalGuard® Airborne Particle Blocker. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the unused portion of your order along with original packing slip or email confirmation within 30 days of receipt of original purchase to:

An email confirmation will be sent as soon as the refund is issued. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Refunds will be issued in full for merchandise purchased. The cost of shipping cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be given for the purchase price of an item and must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you are returning a purchase, the refund will be processed once your return has been received. We will issue you a refund only for the purchase price of your order and notify you via email that we have received your return and issued a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It can take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. If you have been notified about a refund and it’s been longer than 30 days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@nasalguard.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@nasalguard.com and return your item to: 281 East Main Street, Somerville, New Jersey 08876 USA.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping an order worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
