• External Application

  Applied externally around the nostrils and above the upper lip—never inside the nose. The invisible gel is easy to apply and can be reapplied as directed throughout the day.

• Dot: apply one small drop of gel to your fingertip.
• Spread: rub it evenly between your thumb and finger.
• Apply: smooth it around the base of your nostrils and above your upper lip.
  Reapply every 2 to 4 hours, or after washing your face.
